A highly respected, community health system is seeking an experienced Director of Home Health & Hospice to lead two well‑established, mission‑driven service lines that deliver exceptional care where patients want to be most – at home. We’re looking for a leader who understands that outstanding patient care begins with engaged caregivers, strong clinical operations, and a culture built on trust, compassion, accountability, and service. This is an opportunity to Lead both Home Health and Hospice Operations Mentor and develop an experienced clinical team Drive quality, patient satisfaction, and regulatory excellence Partner with physicians and executive leadership to shape future growth Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives Build a culture where employees feel supported and patients receive extraordinary care.
