Assistant Grocery Manager

This opportunity is with a nationwide restaurant retail store seeking a hands-on Assistant Grocery Manager who enjoys leading their team and delivering excellent customer experiences. This role offers the chance to drive daily operations while fostering a positive work environment.

Assistant Grocery Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Assistant Grocery Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar management role
Proven positive leadership with a people-first mindset
Experience managing warehouse operations
Background in P&L management, inventory control, hiring and training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, and loss prevention

Assistant Grocery Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all associates daily with a hands-on approach
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at local, state, and federal levels
Oversee daily operations, conduct meetings, and prepare reports
Analyze sales and profit data to support business decisions
Create a positive customer experience at all levels of the store
