This leader will guide a team of engineers toward technical excellence, setting clear standards, driving smart architectural decisions, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions. Beyond strong execution, this role is about building technology with purpose: creating tools and platforms that further our mission of bringing hope to people in every walk of life.You’re Probably a Match If:You have a strong software engineering background with the ability to quickly ramp up on Java / Spring.You have 4+ years of prior experience as an individual contributor, with progression into a current engineering leadership role.You have a proven ability to solve complex problems, drive clarity, and make sound technical decisions.You have an interest and enthusiasm in leveraging AI to improve software engineering effectivenessWhat Winning Looks Like:Lead, coach, and develop team of software engineers, creating an environment where people are challenged, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
