We manufacture complex, close-tolerance components where quality, traceability, and reliable delivery matter.We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with required experience in Mastercam and SolidWorks who can turn production challenges into practical, repeatable solutions.What You'll DoDevelop and improve CNC machining processes for production partsCreate, modify, and optimize CNC programs using MastercamCreate and modify models, drawings, fixtures, and manufacturing designs using SolidWorksSelect tooling, inserts, workholding, speeds, and feedsReduce cycle times, setup times, scrap, and reworkTroubleshoot machining, programming, tooling, quality, and process issuesPartner directly with CNC setup operators, programmers, quality personnel, and production leadershipReview part drawings, specifications, tolerances, and GD&T requirementsDevelop fixtures and workholding solutionsCreate and maintain setup sheets, work instructions, and process documentationSupport first-piece approvals and resolve issues identified during inspectionEvaluate existing jobs for opportunities to improve safety, quality, cost, and deliveryAssist with root-cause analysis and corrective actionsEnsure processes comply with AS9100, customer, and internal requirementsRequired QualificationsProficiency in MastercamProficiency in SolidWorksExperience in a CNC machining or precision-manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining processesExperience improving CNC milling and/or turning operationsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&TWorking knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, workholding, and inspection methodsStrong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with machinists, quality personnel, and production leadersStrong organizational and technical-documentation skillsA bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
