Assembly TechnicianJoin a dynamic team where you will prepare, assemble, and test products and components. Utilizing a variety of hand tools and basic production equipment, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and assemble products and components using hand tools and basic production equipment.Read and interpret assembly drawings accurately to assemble repetitive products.Conduct all phases of assembly, including timing.Perform functional tests on finished assemblies.Participate actively in High Performance Teams and company-sponsored training.Comply with all safety procedures and lean principles.Maintain and organize work areas and equipment.Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience using hand and power tools.Ability to lift 40+ lbs consistently.Strong attention to detail.Ability to stand for 10+ hours per day.Additional Skills & QualificationsProduction experience.Ability to read blueprints.Why Work Here?Enjoy comprehensive benefits starting day one, including medical, dental, and vision. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
