What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to women in labor and postpartum
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage patient assessments, monitoring, and documentation
• Administer medications and interventions as directed by protocols
• Support and educate patients and families throughout their stay
• Follow hospital and departmental policies, ensuring safety and compliance
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records for documentation and communication

What You Need

• Valid Louisiana RN license
• Minimum 4 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and under pressure

• Charge experience in Labor & Delivery
• EPIC EHR proficiency
