Grace Design Studios is seeking a respected and motivated Healthcare Project Manager to lead projects and cultivate strong client relationships in our Healthcare Studio. This position plays a key role in partnering with Studio Leaders and Thought Leaders to deliver innovative, client-focused healthcare design solutions. This position plays a key role in partnering with Studio Leaders and Thought Leaders to deliver innovative, client-focused healthcare design solutions. Responsibilities Manage healthcare projects from proposal through construction, ensuring high standards of quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. Lead project teams, coordinate with consultants, and guide production of design and documentation using Revit and BIM workflows. Collaborate on marketing and business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations. Represent Grace Design Studios at conferences and industry events as a thought leader in healthcare design. Contribute to the firm’s design excellence through research, mentorship, and pursuit of design awards. Travel as needed for client engagement and project oversight. Required Skills Accredited degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect preferred 5+ years of experience in healthcare architecture across various project types, including acute and outpatient care. Strong project and client management experience, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Revit and BIM platforms. Public speaking experience and comfort representing the firm in professional settings. Professional affiliations such as LEED AP, EDAC, ACHA, or AIA preferred. Why Join Us?
