Summary:
Are you a strategic marketing leader who thrives on driving growth, elevating brand presence, and shaping the future of a dynamic organization? We're looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven marketing executive to lead and execute innovative strategies that strengthen our market position and customer experience. As our FVP of Marketing , you will play a critical leadership role-guiding the development and execution of enterprise-wide marketing strategies, enhancing our brand, and driving digital transformation. You'll partner closely with executive leadership while leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful campaigns, data-driven insights, and measurable results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directs the development and implementation of the bank's marketing strategy.
- Directs and oversees product and service positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
- Oversees and directs the bank's brand and corporate image strategy. Aligns the brand elements with the bank's corporate values, mission, goals and objectives.
- Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
- Strategizes and manages the development of digital marketing strategies and new digital projects, including social tools and micro sites.
- Manages the development of goals, plans, budgets, cost benefit analysis, priorities and policies for website, digital and social presence
- Directs and oversees digital properties including corporate web site, social media platforms and intranet
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and directs corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Provide strategic direction and management for tracking/reporting/metrics of digital marketing strategies
- Oversees the marketing team, coaches and manages to ensure marketing plan objectives are met.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers, key community and strategic partners.
- Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and oversees presentations to executive management.
- Directs the establishment and maintenance of a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Analyzes, interprets, and complies with government rules and regulations.
- Other related duties as required
Education and Experience:
Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; OR four to ten years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills Required:

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Strong work ethic
Computer/Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM (Creation) a plus
