About the role:

PrideStaff is partnering with a prominent manufacturing and distribution facility to find a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage material movements, and lead a dedicated team to ensure accurate inventory control, product traceability, and timely order fulfillment.

What you will do:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, staging, shipping, and internal inventory transfers.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts in the ERP system while ensuring FIFO/FEFO practices and strict food safety/GMP standards.
  
• Provide active team leadership, conduct staff training, enforce workplace safety protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize material flow.

If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you!

• 3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience, with prior lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  
• Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems (SYSPRO experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Strong communication skills, forklift/material-handling equipment experience, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
