Global Transaction Tax & Advisory Manager

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Manager for Corporate Transaction Tax & Advisory, EM E (CTTA) to lead tax strategy and execution on complex cross-border engagements. You will advise multinational clients on non-US tax aspects, design efficient structures, and collaborate with global teams across regions to address M&A and restructuring challenges.
