Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments using therapeutic techniques
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on exercise programs and home care strategies

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact eligibility)
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of recent physical therapy experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in geriatric rehab, orthopedics, and balance training
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with electronic medical records
