What you will do: In this role, you’ll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. After a busy day at work or play, our guests will be able to rest easily knowing that we will take care of the rest. We offer cleaner rooms than our competition and the extras don't cost extra. This makes our hotels stand out and keeps our guests coming back. As an essential team member at Drury Hotels, you will work on a team with other friendly customer focused team members completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making our bathrooms shine. Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members. Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests. Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean in accordance with established standards. Visually inspect rooms to help identify needed maintenance items. Assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information when requested. Guarantee an exceptional experience for guests by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service+1 attitude. Compensation: Competitive starting hourly pay. Quarterly bonuses up to $3,200 per year based on hotel results. Qualifications: No previous cleaning experience required. Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school. Entrepreneurial spirit and unique personality. Positive attitude and strong qualifications for a cleaning team member. In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies. Ability to work independently (without direct supervision) and follow verbal and written instructions. Positive and resolute attitude.
