Physical Therapist Pediatrics and Geriatrics

Schedule: Days - 5x8

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric care
• Relevant certifications and licenses as required for practice

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients of various age groups.
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs and modalities for rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments as needed.
