Role Description This is an on-site Field Sales Representative role responsible for building distribution, driving velocity, and representing the IV-X Fuel System in the field. The position focuses on proactively opening new accounts, strengthening existing retail and fitness partnerships, and ensuring IV-X remains visible, stocked, and actively selling across the territory. Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new distribution opportunities across boutique fitness studios, gyms, specialty retail, beverage stores, and convenience locations. The Field Sales Representative will manage account relationships, execute tastings and activations, maintain premium cooler and shelf standards, establish reorder cadence, and drive consistent product movement. This role requires strong execution in the field, the ability to educate partners on IV-X brand positioning, and ongoing reporting of market insights including reorder trends, flavor performance, competitor activity, and territory growth opportunities. The Field Sales Representative plays a direct role in expanding brand visibility and driving month-over-month sales performance. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new accounts Experience managing retail or brand partnerships preferred Ability to work independently and execute consistently in the field Strong organizational skills and territory management discipline Comfortable conducting product education, and in-person activations Ability to collect and report actionable market insights Regional travel required Deep understanding of performance culture and high-output environments strongly preferred.
