What You'll Do:

• Lead delivery execution across a portfolio of concurrent engagements — owning scope, timeline, margin, risk, and stakeholder communication end-to-end.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives — driving alignment, resolving escalations, and building the trust that turns one engagement into a long-term relationship.
• Own project financial health — tracking burn rate, forecasting margin impact, and taking corrective action before problems become surprises.
• Lead commercial conversations with clients around change requests, SOW amendments, and scope governance — protecting margin while preserving the relationship.
• Partner with Technical Leads to shape team composition, adjust resourcing across project phases, and coach team members on performance and growth.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and resolution across complex, multi-workstream engagements.
• Contribute to the evolution of UDig's delivery practice.

What You'll Bring:

• Delivery depth — 8-10+ years of progressive delivery or project management experience in a consulting or client services environment.
• Executive presence - you've been the primary point of contact for VP/C-level stakeholders on large projects. You know how to deliver difficult messages, navigate client dynamics, and earn trust that expands relationships.
• Enterprise fluency - you've operated inside enterprise-level organizations - navigating procurement, governance structures, and multi-stakeholder decision making without getting rattled by complexity.
• Methodology and judgement - deep proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery approaches with the ability to tailor methodology to client context.
• Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset — you seek out learning, apply it quickly, and thrive in ambiguity.
• A collaborative and coaching mindset — you succeed when your team and clients succeed.
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Technology, or related field preferred).

The good-faith base salary range for this role is listed below, reflecting the amount UDig is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The specific sublevel and salary offered will be determined by the candidate's skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The range reflects base salary only. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include a cash bonus, along with a comprehensive set of health and financial benefits. UDig does not request or rely on salary history in determining compensation and will not retaliate against any applicant for requesting the salary range or for declining to provide compensation history.

Richmond Pay Range $108,000 — $162,000 USD
