What You'll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you'll be at the center of the patient experience, helping create a welcoming and efficient environment from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and prepared for their visit.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and other patient information accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Prepare, clean, and restock exam rooms to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, updating patient records, and assisting with daily office operations.
• Partner closely with providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Manage multiple priorities throughout the day while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support an exceptional patient experience by providing clear communication and compassionate service.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, or clinical support setting.
• Experience rooming patients and supporting clinical workflows.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and electronic patient documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Medical Assistant diploma, CNA/EMT License

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using EPIC electronic medical records.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different providers, specialties, and clinical workflows.
• Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwich, CT.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
