Performs administrative duties, identifies needs and opportunities, and makes recommendations for change to the manager. Conducts assessments and administers music therapy to patients of all ages. Leads individual and group music therapy sessions. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Entry level competency of Music therapy practice, theory, principle, and applications as defined in competency department policies. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English. Effective Clinical Musicianship Skills Education Bachelor's [Required] Field of Study Music Therapy Work Experience 1+ experience as a music therapist in a medical setting.
