Facilities Manager

Troubleshoot and diagnose facility issues. Oversees building projects, maintenance, and repair of all facility systems, assets, and site improvements, including building, parking areas, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utilities, and infrastructure systems. Manages all preventative maintenance. Coordinates with the Director of Operations and Program Director all facility activity in respective buildings. Additional Areas of Responsibility: Guides operations on basic upkeep and maintenance tasks, repair/replacement decisions, as well as vendor contact and oversight. Develops and maintains written emergency procedures. Responds to calls on a 24-7 basis to promptly resolve urgent needs of facilities. Evaluates conditions and identifies potential issues, repairs, and facility projects. Ensures the facilities meet regulations and environmental, health, and security standards. Other Information/Requirements: 5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or hands-on work experience is required. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is preferred. Requires a hands-on, self-starter who has a clear aptitude for systems, mechanics, and structural components of commercial buildings, infrastructure, and maintenance; includes utilities, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Groundworks New Mexico
