Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join a busy outpatient Psychiatry/Pediatrics clinic. This role supports psychiatric providers and behavioral health professionals in delivering high-quality patient care to children, adolescents, and adults. Key Responsibilities

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join a busy outpatient Psychiatry/Pediatrics clinic. This role supports psychiatric providers and behavioral health professionals in delivering high-quality patient care to children, adolescents, and adults. Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and document patient vital signs
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
- Process medication refill requests
- Complete insurance prior authorizations
- Collect and send laboratory specimens
- Support both virtual and in-person patient visits
- Assist with developmental pediatrics services as needed
- Medical Assistant experience required
- BLS certification required
- Outpatient clinic experience preferred
- Psychiatry or behavioral health experience preferred
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
