As a Clinical & Financial Performance Manager you will l ead initiatives that align clinical performance with financial outcomes, improving total cost of care, quality results, and revenue integrity. Here’s what you need: Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost‑of‑care transformation, quality improvement, or clinical finance Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cost accounting, service‑line economics, or payer payment models Exposure to quality programs (Stars, HEDIS, CMS, state regulatory measures) Experience partnering with CFO, finance, or revenue cycle leadership Strong analytical skills linking clinical levers to financial outcomes Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
