This is a luxury hospitality leadership role responsible for overseeing all front-of-house restaurant operations, guest experience, team leadership, special events, in-room dining, training, staffing, and financial performance. The Restaurant Manager partners closely with the Culinary Director, Executive Chef, Wine Director, and resort leadership to deliver a world-class dining experience. Responsibilities Lead all dining room operations and daily service execution. Deliver exceptional guest experiences and oversee guest recovery efforts. Manage and develop FOH staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, and sommeliers. Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate weddings, private events, and large group dining experiences. Manage in-room dining operations and guest amenities. Ensure adherence to SOPs, service standards, sanitation, and safety protocols. Collaborate across all resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Assist with labor management, budgeting, P&L performance, inventory, and purchasing. Maintain high standards for dining room appearance, ambiance, and functionality. Must-Have Skills Luxury Fine Dining Operations Management – Proven experience leading front-of-house operations in an upscale, fine dining, resort, or luxury hospitality environment. Guest Experience & Service Excellence – Strong ability to deliver personalized, world-class service and effectively handle guest relations and recovery situations. Leadership & Team Development – Demonstrated success hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and managing high-performing service teams while maintaining exceptional service standards. Nice to Have Skills Event & Wedding Management – Experience coordinating and executing luxury weddings, private events, and large group dining experiences. Wine & Beverage Knowledge – Understanding of wine service, cocktail programs, and collaboration with sommeliers and beverage teams. Financial & Systems Management – Experience with P&L oversight, labor controls, inventory management, and hospitality systems such as TOCK, OpenTable, POS, and payroll platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talently
