This role is focused on improving operational performance, supporting lean initiatives, and ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing outcomes aligned with business objectives.As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:Leading efforts to develop new process technologies and implementing product designs into productionCompleting special projects and executing tasks related to product and equipment design and testingPrioritizing work to meet production schedules and product release deadlinesSupporting lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvementPreparing and delivering weekly and monthly operational reportsSupporting daily production requirements, engineering changes, and technical problem-solvingImproving key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, yield, and efficiencyDesigning tools and equipment while providing training to production personnelCoordinating with remote sites and collaborating with suppliers to ensure operational alignmentTo be successful in this role you will:Have a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experienceHave 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design or manufacturing engineeringHave operational knowledge of machinery, tools, and manufacturing processesHave experience using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometersHave working knowledge of CAD, drafting tools, Microsoft Office, and MS ProjectHave exposure to PLC systems and welding processes (preferred)Have strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safetyHave the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesHave the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
