As a Security Officer Access Management in Palmyra VA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and visitors by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify visitor and vendor authorization and document arrivals departures and unusual activity in accordance with community guidelines.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to property contacts and/or public responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the community including common areas amenities and perimeter access points as location needs require.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations by maintaining a visible presence observing conditions and reporting security-related concerns promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
