Corporate Internship - Global Marketing and External Affairs - Summer 2027

Abbott is seeking a corporate internship candidate for a 12-week paid summer program in global marketing and external affairs. The role provides hands-on experience in corporate marketing, sustainability, public affairs, and digital sponsorships at the Abbott Park, Illinois headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution efforts
- Develop marketing communication materials and content across channels
- Participate in brand architecture and design initiatives
- Measure and report results of marketing campaign performance
- Learn about and support citizenship, sustainability, and sponsorship programs
Requirements
- Completed at least two to three years of college education
- Enrolled in school the semester following internship completion
- Pursuing bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Applied understanding of basic marketing and communications principles
- Familiarity with major social media platforms
- Authorized to work in United States without sponsorship
Compensation: $16.85–$33.75/hour
