Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

You will work in a skilled nursing facility setting providing rehabilitation services to post-acute and long-term care patients. Thank you for your time and responsiveness. Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. Ability to provide documentation and charting consistent with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Client requirement: ability to work a 36-hour guaranteed schedule at the facility. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with post-acute care interventions and restorative nursing programs preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (long-term care). Shift details: Days. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week. Start: Assignment begins mid-June. 13 week assignment length.
