What You'll Do Welcome every guest with a friendly, professional attitude. Check in bowlers, assign lanes, and explain pricing, specials, and promotions. Process transactions accurately while handling cash and credit card payments. Rent bowling shoes and maintain an organized shoe inventory. Assist league bowlers, tournaments, birthday parties, and group events. Answer phones, make reservations, and provide information about our attractions and events. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area. Follow all cash handling procedures and company policies. Work as part of a team to keep the facility running smoothly. We're Looking For Someone Who Loves working with people and creating memorable guest experiences. Has excellent communication and customer service skills. Is dependable, punctual, and accountable. Can multitask in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy. Works well both independently and with a team. Maintains a positive attitude under pressure. Is willing to stay busy and help wherever needed. Can stand and walk for extended periods. Requirements Evening and weekend availability is required. Must be at least 16 years old. Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
