Make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students by providing essential support as a Special Education Teacher for grades 3–4. In this full-time, onsite contract role located in the Greater Cincinnati, OH area, you’ll be working closely with students who require tailored instruction, ensuring they reach their academic and developmental milestones.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individualized instruction to students in grades 3–4, based on their specific IEP needs
• Collaborating proactively with general education teachers and related service providers to create inclusive, supportive classroom environments
• Serving as a valued partner to families, communicating progress and recommending strategies to support each learner at home and school
• Participating in IEP meetings, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and contributing thoughtful input to student plans
• Adapting teaching strategies to meet the abilities, interests, and goals of each student
• Supporting a positive, encouraging atmosphere to promote student confidence and growth

Qualifications sought for this role include:

• Possession of a valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License/Certification
• Previous experience working with students in elementary special education settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
