Lead Home-Based Primary Care Physician - Geriatrics

Pallitus Health is seeking a Home-Based Primary Care Physician to deliver patient care directly in patients' homes and facilities. This role includes clinical supervision of nurse practitioners, evaluating chronic conditions, and addressing urgent health issues. The ideal candidate must have an M.D. or D.O. degree, current Kentucky licensure, and a commitment to board certification within five years.
