You will play a vital role in executing scientific research and supporting cell culture manufacturing for early and late-phase clinical programs.

responsibilities:

• Execute scientific research to improve platform bioprocesses, workflows, and cell culture methods.
• Support cell culture process development, scale-up/scale-down, and recombinant protein production.
• Operate benchtop bioreactor systems maintaining strict aseptic techniques.
• Utilize ATF/TTF perfusion technologies to enable intensified cell culture processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytical Development, Cell Line Development, and Quality teams.
• Author and review technical reports, protocols, and scientific presentations.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• M.S. in Biochemical/Chemical Engineering or Life Sciences with 2+ years of biotech experience; OR B.S. with 5+ years of biotech experience.
• Solid understanding of cell culture processes and protein characterization.
• Proven hands-on experience with aseptic technique in benchtop bioreactors.
• Demonstrated experience with ATF/TTF perfusion for intensified cell culture processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:

• Experience operating automated cell culture systems, such as the Ambr250.
