The ideal candidate must be creative, energetic, and have knowledge of wellness domains related to programming in long term care. Your goal is to provide daily meaningful activities that enhance residents' quality of life. Responsibilities Develop and implement a well-rounded wellness program for long-term care, memory care, or rehab patients, including weekend or holiday hours. Complete assessments, care plans, and associated paperwork in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal programming guidelines. Bring fun and enthusiasm to daily activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Skills Strong communication and time-management. Team-player attitude and ability to collaborate with other departments. Basic typing and computer literacy. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Publisher for creating monthly calendars, newsletters, and marketing materials.
