Job Description

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/HR

Duties:

Assemble lawn mowers, snow blowers, and other outdoor power equipment using hand tools and air tools.
Follow digital assembly instructions and blueprints displayed on computer monitors.
Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and metal components according to specifications.
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
Operate equipment and tools required to perform assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Consistently report to work on time and maintain dependable attendance.

Qualifications:

Previous mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing assembly experience required.
Ability to use hand tools and air tools safely and effectively.
Comfortable reading and following assembly instructions and blueprints on a computer screen.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based production environment.
Ability to learn new assembly processes and procedures quickly
