Job Summary

The Restoration Project Manager oversees residential and commercial restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, crews, subcontractors, customer communication, and insurance documentation while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage.
• Conduct property inspections and prepare project estimates.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including photos, job notes, and change orders.
• Perform quality control inspections throughout the project.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with emergency response and after-hours calls when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in the Restoration project management field
• Knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm restoration processes.
• Experience with Xactimate, Encircle
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
