Utilize market research and market trends to develop the product roadmap across various modules of the platform.Use data driven approach to identify pain areas in e-commerce and engagement areas and create solutions to address those. Solutions could be NTT DXP platform, leading COTS products in e-commerce and engagement/experience space as well as bespoke development.Lead product roadmap creation process and work with delivery team to build the prioritized roadmap.Research improvement areas for existing customers and participate in review meetings to present ideas and convert them to executables.A self-learner who will gather functional and technical knowledge of the NTT Digital Health Platform, E-commerce & ECM COTS products and represent the platform to external prospective clients as the Subject Matter Expert in sales pursuits.Demonstrate the product capabilities of all the modules across various digital channels (web, mobile)Create and manage the process to ensure availability and accuracy of the demo environment for client demonstrationsCreate presentation materials independently for platform specific client and prospect presentations.Conduct a monthly product demonstration for internal stakeholdersValidate and certify all new functionality and enhancements getting introduced to the platform and be able to demonstrate the new capabilities once they are releasedHave strong functional and technical knowledge of the platform to be able to answer all questions posed by business and IT teams during product demonstrations.Work closely with Product Sales team to create account sales plan for new businessBe able to apply health insurance domain knowledge to other similar industry segments and think out of the boxLead developing responses to RFPs and be the single point of contact for all platform related RFPs for the sales team.Posting Date:Department:DXP-NSKL - 1107254051
