Schedule/Shift

Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM or 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will perform computed tomography procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. The role requires effective collaboration with medical staff and efficient management of patient care. Responsibilities include the use of GE and Toshiba scanners and adherence to standard safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans on patients as per physician orders.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the scanning process.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
• Document examination results and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.

Required Experience

• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Familiarity with GE and Toshiba CT scanners.
• Current Pennsylvania state fingerprints for employment.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
