Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Hill Top Mental Health & Internal Medicine PC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients individually and in couples or family sessions to identify their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, medical issues, job stress, and more.

• Providing evidence-based therapy grounded in the latest methodologies relevant to family dynamics and interpersonal relationships.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment and support for clients.
\n
• Engaging in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices in therapy and family systems.

With a focus on delivering high-quality care, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing various aspects of emotional and psychological well-being. The range of issues you will encounter includes:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unencumbered state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
