Looking for a job that's different from the typical restaurant or bakery? At Water Street Bagel Co. , we make authentic wood-fired bagels from scratch every single day. This isn't an assembly-line bakery, we kettle boil, hand seed, and bake every bagel in a real wood-fired oven. It's hard work, but it's incredibly rewarding. We're looking for someone who:
???? Loves working with their hands and takes pride in quality.
???? Doesn't mind early mornings (some shifts begin at 3:30 AM ). Other weekend shifts would be 730am-1230ish.
???? Can handle a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.
???? Is dependable, motivated, and enjoys being part of a team.
