Pay Rate: $83.30/hr on W2 with benefits Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension) Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401KJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Marketing Plan to Cash) Business Analyst to design, configure, and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within a global enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP SD solutions integrated with multiple enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and optimize end-to-end SAP SD (Marketing Plan to Cash / Order-to-Cash) business processesConduct design workshops to drive key business and technical decisions with best practice recommendationsTranslate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications using SAP SDConfigure, build, test, and deploy SAP SD solutions in collaboration with implementation partnersDevelop functional documentation including solution designs, configuration documents, test plans, and execution reportsCollaborate with global and regional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver SAP SD solutions integrated with systems such as Model N, SFDC, SAP ATTP, SAP Hybris, and othersSupport integration design and troubleshooting across SAP modules including MM/WM, FI/CO, and PPDesign and support SAP interface solutions including IDoc, XML, APIs/Web Services, and CIF integrationsDevelop scalable global solutions that align with business requirements and reduce duplication across regionsBuild strong stakeholder relationships and support solution recommendations through business case developmentEnsure solution delivery meets quality, compliance, and enterprise architecture standardsProvide support across full lifecycle implementations from blueprint to go-live, including hypercare supportRequirements:8+ years of experience delivering ERP solutions in global enterprise environments4+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience including configuration, design, and implementationStrong knowledge of SAP SD processes including order management, shipping, billing, and master dataExperience integrating SAP SD with MM/WM, FI/CO, and PP modulesStrong expertise in SAP interfaces (IDoc, XML, APIs/Web Services, CIF integration)Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP implementations (Blueprint to Go-Live), with at least 1 in a lead roleExperience in Pharma/Biotech or regulated environments preferredKnowledge of validation, CSV, and compliance processes highly desirableStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTools & Skills:SAP SD (Primary Skill)SAP Solution ManagerJiraModel NSalesforce (SFDC)ServiceNowMS Office / Google WorkspaceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Information Systems, or equivalentIf interested, please send us your updated resume at View email address on click.appcast.io / View email address on click.appcast.io
