Thomas, KY 41075, USA Description Pay ranges from $13.75 to $17.00 an hour depending on licensure and experience. Facility is currently looking to fill a full time and part time shifts. This rewarding position provides direct care to the clients in the facility and ensures everyone’s needs are being met.
