Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Commercial Lines CSR / Assistant Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines CSR/Assistant to join a team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Personal Lines who are looking to transition into Commercial Lines. The position involves providing comprehensive support for account servicing, including endorsements, driver changes, certificates of insurance, and policy reviews. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. Compensation Package Base Salary : $48,000 - $68,000 annually Candidates with stronger experience may qualify for the higher end of the range. Comprehensive benefits package available. Responsibilities Process endorsements and driver changes. Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance. Conduct thorough policy reviews. Provide general account servicing support. Assist with Employee Benefits servicing as needed. Qualifications/Requirements Experience : Minimum of 3 years in an independent agency. Licensing : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required. Life & Health License preferred. Skills : Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
