Skill
8+ years of professional .NET development experience - C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
5+ years of Demonstrated, hands-on experience migrating legacy ASP.NET applications to modern .NET (6, 7, 8 or 10) - not just exposure
5+ years of experience in Production SQL Server experience: stored procedures, T-SQL tuning, schema migrations, data cleanup
5+ years of experience in Azure hands-on: App Services, Function Apps, deployment pipelines, configuration management
5+ years of experience in delivering software in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) environments using ADO or GitHub
WHAT HANDS-ON MEANS HERE
You have modernized a real application - not a proof of concept - from legacy ASP.NET to .NET 6/7/8/10.
You have designed and maintained RESTful APIs that external systems depend on.
You have debugged production issues independently, without a team lead walking you through it.
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience that demonstrates the same depth
