Marketing Coordinator

Company Job Description JOB SUMMARY Provide temporary support and co-op coverage for assigned supplier co-op programs. Advance approved activities from planning through completion, maintain accurate ClickUp records, coordinate routine follow-up, collect completion evidence, and support billing preparation. Candidate will work under Marketing Director's direction and will not independently change supplier budgets, campaign scope, commitments, or contractual terms. Salary Range $22/hr Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with digital asset management systems or project management tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams. Interest in B2B marketing, supplier relationships, and event coordination. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure. Highly organized with critical attention to detail, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive and deadline-driven assignments. Possess polished interpersonal skills, strong self-motivation, and maturity. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to shift directions quickly when priorities change.
