Sr. Manager/ Associate Director - Engagement Lead (Pharma & Lifesciences)

We are looking for a strategic and driven Engagement Manager to lead high-impact analytics consulting engagements for top-tier clients across the Pharma /Lifesciences. RESPONSIBILITIES: End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Take full accountability for client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring the successful execution of data, analytics, and AI initiatives. Strategic Translation: Act as the bridge between business and technology by translating complex business problems into viable, scalable analytics and AI solutions. Stakeholder Management: Manage, cultivate, and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and support cross-functional delivery teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality project execution. Account Growth & Business Development: Proactively "mine the account" by identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding the client footprint to drive sustained account growth. 10-16 years of professional work experience with at least 7 years in data analytics Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client’s team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach Experience working within Pharma/Life Sciences. Strong ability to oversee, support, and unblock cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, pitch solutions, and drive account expansion. Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
