Key responsibilities Supervise day-to-day activities and allocate resources effectively to meet project plans Build and develop a skilled workforce while setting performance objectives and conducting evaluations Oversee resolution of customer issues and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 5 or more years of professional experience in a scientific or laboratory environment 1 or more years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
