Contract Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead with a strong background in Data Engineering, AI-enabled analytics, and Azure Databricks to lead the delivery of enterprise-scale Marketing Intelligence and Conversational BI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with delivery leadership capabilities, guiding cross-functional teams through solution design, development, governance, and successful implementation.
Experience with Databricks Genie, Semantic Modeling, AI-powered analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, and digital marketing platforms is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource allocation across onsite and offshore teams.
- Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and project governance.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Data, Analytics, and AI solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and implementation oversight.
- Provide executive status reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder communications.
- Mentor and guide Data Engineers and technical teams while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
- Drive adoption of Conversational BI, Databricks Genie, and AI-powered analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business teams to deliver insights and customer analytics solutions.
Experience
- 10+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Platforms
- 3+ years leading Data & AI delivery programs
