Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 24 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main.

Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience. - Charge RN experience required.

Special Requests: - Requested time off must be noted at upload; RTO requests after upload will not be approved. - All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission; the facility will not approve scheduling requests at or after offer/interview, and requests after offer may lead to a rescinded offer. - May be asked to work as a backup charge nurse.

Unit Details: - Rehab Med-Surg combines medical-surgical nursing with intensive rehabilitation for patients recovering from surgery, serious illness, or injury, with physical, occupational, and speech therapy in an inpatient setting. - This is a small community without public transport.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. Holidays required if needed.

Floating Requirements: - May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg.

5 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
