Trauma Suregons on call from home Current EHR: Cerner Expected skills/procedure: General Surgical case ADULT General Surgical case TRAUMA Central Line insertion Chest Tub Insertion Vascular Access Devices Rates to Submit: Malpractice - included in the ratesOrientation - 1/2 of hourly rateHourly Holiday hourlyOvertimeConversion fee - 15k Reverse invoicing - Provider must uses DocTime as of 7/1 to clock in and clock out. McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees Rental Car- 75/day cap- economy/standard vehicles only Lodging- reimbursed at GSA rate No lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etc McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA.
