As a Sipologist , your expertise lies in the art of crafting delightful daiquiris and margaritas for both adults and kids while maintaining positive impressions and delivering outstanding customer service.

We're looking for individuals with high energy, a customer-oriented mindset, and a knack for upselling ( earn those tips!). Join our team of enthusiastic individuals who work together seamlessly, always ready to contribute to the overall success of our dynamic workplace.

• $10 hourly plus tips!
• Applying for FM 78 location
• 10-20 hours a week

Responsibilities (Sipologist):

• Create and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic daiquiris.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations.
• Operate the POS (register) system accurately for sales and cash handling.
• Maintain cash drawer inventory and reconcile sales receipts.
• Adhere to food/beverage regulations and sanitation standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong math skills for sales and change calculations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reconciliation.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds .
• Ability to multitask and maintain a clean work environment.
• Familiarity with a register system preferred.
• Must be 18+with food handler and TABC certifications (or ability to obtain).
