This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThe Principal Cloud Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable cloud architecture across public, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. This role partners with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to define cloud strategy and deliver high quality cloud solutions aligned with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid environments.Lead cloud modernization initiatives including application refactoring, re-platforming, and migration from on‑premises to cloud.Define cloud architecture standards, reference architectures, and best practices.Knowledge and experience with On-prem infrastructure , Virtualization and App delivery technologiesModernize and transform software development environmentCollaborate with stakeholders to build CI/CD pipelines, IaC templates, and automated deployment frameworks.Establish governance, cost-optimization, tagging standards, and operational frameworks.Conduct architectural reviews, threat modeling, and performance optimization.Guide cloud security posture, compliance frameworks, and identity and access management (IAM).Mentor cloud engineers, DevOps teams, and solution architects.Evaluate new cloud technologies and drive innovation.Proficient in configuring and managing Azure networking components, including virtual networks, subnets, network security groups, and load balancers.Create architecture diagrams, documentation, technical roadmaps, and executive presentations.Experience to work in a Enterprise environment with more that 15000 employeesEssential SkillsDeep expertise in major cloud platform: Azure / AWS / Google Cloud.Strong foundations in cloud networking, security, containers, Kubernetes, serverless, and microservices.Experience with AI technologies and toolsHands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormationExperience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, JenkinsStrong understanding of cloud governance, FinOps, cost control, and monitoring.Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, ISO27001).Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Minimum Qualifications10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and designExpert in Azure/AWS/GCP services.Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and cloud security best practices. Experience with network design and implementation in a cloud environment.
