6th Man Movers is a leading moving company dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients. We are proud to be the highest-rated moving company in the La Vergne area. As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team.

We are looking for a Crew Lead/Driver to lead moving crews and ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused moving services. This role involves driving our moving trucks, leading a team, and interacting with customers to provide exceptional service.

Pay $1,000 - $1,500 weekly

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of movers.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of customer belongings.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide training and support to new team members.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Good MVR (No DUIs, Reckless, Major Accidents, Super Speeding).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Availability to work weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or current enrollment is a plus but not required.
