Production Administrator

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and takes pride in owning their work. They can assess issues with incoming cases, use sound judgment to determine the best course of action, and know when to elevate concerns. They communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy. They take initiative to resolve issues and follow tasks through to completion. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working collaboratively, and keeping things moving in a fast‑paced production environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, processing invoices, and handling data entry Serve as a primary point of contact for production‑related customer questions and issues Prepare and print work tickets and organize cases for production Review incoming cases for completeness and resolve or escape issues before they enter production Coordinate internal communications between the Production team and the Production Sales Manager to ensure smooth operations Assist with outsourced cases, including case packaging, shipping, and tracking Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a dental office, dental lab, or clinic (required) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required); familiarity with Salesforce (preferred) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through Excellent verbal and written communication skills Find us online: Website: LinkedIn: Facebook: Instagram: Benefits: 401(k) and 401(k) matching Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance PTO and sick time Employee Discount Program (Working Advantage) Employee Recognition Program (Bonusly) #J-18808-Ljbffr Imagine USA
